Piamcast Photobooth

Terms of Service

Last updated: December 1, 2025

These Terms of Service are between Piamcast Photobooth (the Company) and the customer. By booking or using our services, you agree to the terms below. The specific services, venue, event date, hire period, and price are confirmed in your booking and invoice.

Services and Photo Ownership

Piamcast Photobooth will provide the photo booth services described in the customer’s booking at the customer’s agreed venue and on the agreed event date.

The Company owns the photos, GIFs, boomerangs, and videos created through the service and may use them for commercial purposes.

Payment, Rescheduling, and Cancellation

A deposit equal to 50% of the total fee is required to book and hold an event date. If you cancel, the date may be made available for another customer. A refund may be reduced by transaction fees charged to process the original payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel 61 days or more before the event, you will receive a 50% refund of the booking cost, excluding transaction fees.

If you cancel 60 days or less before the event, you will receive a 25% refund of the booking cost, excluding transaction fees. The reduced refund reflects the difficulty of replacing a date close to the event.

Rescheduling Policy

A date change requested 61 days or more before the event carries a fee equal to 10% of the full booking cost.

A date change requested 60 days or less before the event carries a fee equal to 20% of the full booking cost. All date changes are subject to availability.

Full Payment

The remaining balance is due by the final payment date shown on your invoice. An invoice will be sent to you by email.

Events Beyond Our Control

The Company cannot be held responsible if it cannot attend an event because of circumstances such as severe weather, traffic delays, vehicle breakdowns, sickness, or equipment failure. In these circumstances, the Company will refund all payments made.

Setting Up the Services

We will arrive at the venue 20–60 minutes before the hire period. Earlier setup may be available for an additional charge.

The customer is responsible for confirming that the venue has approved the Company’s presence and has enough space and a nearby power socket. If there is not enough space, the full amount remains due. Please tell us about any circumstance that could delay setup; if we are not informed, the hire period may be affected.

Outdoor Events

For an outdoor event, the customer must provide a covered, level placement within 25 feet of a working 110-volt power outlet. A tent, canopy, patio, or permanent structure is acceptable when it shields the equipment from direct sun and precipitation.

Piamcast may delay setup, move the booth to a suitable indoor space, or suspend operation when conditions could damage the equipment. Time lost to a weather-related delay or relocation counts against the booked rental window and does not reduce the contracted fee.

Hire Period

The hire period typically lasts 2–6 hours, including setup and pack-down time. It begins and ends at the agreed times unless technical difficulties on our part require us to provide the agreed service after the issue is fixed.

If the event starts or runs late, the hire period remains unchanged unless we agree to provide additional hours.

Liability

The Company is not responsible for loss or damage to the customer’s property or for personal injuries unless caused by the Company’s proven negligence.

If abusive or threatening behavior occurs toward our staff, or if our equipment or property is at risk because of unruly behavior, we may terminate the hire without a refund. The customer may be charged for resulting damage. Please report damage to our staff immediately.

Termination of Hire and Guest Conduct

We expect our employees to be treated with respect. We may end the hire without refunding remaining time if there is abusive or threatening behavior toward our employees.

We may also terminate the hire if we believe our equipment or property is in danger of being damaged or has already been damaged because of unruly behavior. We may refuse participation to guests who are behaving inappropriately.

Before terminating the hire, we will try to communicate with the customer or venue to resolve the issue when possible.

Equipment Damage

The customer may be responsible for damage caused by the customer or event attendees to the booth or booth equipment, except for damage caused by our staff.

If property or equipment is damaged by people at the event, the customer may be charged the full replacement cost and may be liable for future event termination caused by the need for replacements. Intentional property damage is not covered by event liability insurance. Please report any damage to a staff member immediately.
