When you request a quote or availability, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, event date and start time, ZIP code, event type, venue conditions, selected package and add-ons, and an optional outdoor setup note.

We may keep related customer and contact information needed to respond to your request, coordinate an event, deliver a gallery, send service communications, and maintain business records.

Information Collected Automatically

When you use the site, we may collect page views, the pages and URLs you visit, referring URL, user agent, traffic-source and UTM details, package clicks, lead-funnel events, IP address, and a session identifier.

The site may use IP-derived location information such as city, region, country, and location coordinates returned by the location service. This information helps us understand site activity and the general locations of visitors.

Browser Storage and Sessions

The site stores an analytics session identifier in browser session storage so related visits and actions can be measured during a session. The application also uses server sessions for features such as authenticated accounts and password-protected event galleries.

Third-party services used on a page may use cookies or similar technologies and have their own storage and privacy practices.

Email and Communications

Event photos or finished headshots may be delivered by text or email when that delivery is part of the service. The public site does not use these pages to offer an SMS marketing opt-in.

The business may configure analytics and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads or related Google services, Meta Pixel, and Instagram embeds. Event Galleries and Media

Event galleries may contain event names and dates, cover images, photos, GIFs, or other uploaded media. Gallery media is generally protected by a gallery password or session, while certain gallery metadata or cover images may be publicly viewable through a shared gallery link.

We may process gallery access records, downloads, recipient information, and email delivery information to operate the gallery. Galleries and their media are subject to automatic retention and deletion schedules; warning notices may be sent before scheduled deletion. Download anything you want to keep before a gallery is deleted.

Service Providers

We rely on service providers for hosting and application infrastructure, database and object storage, email delivery, analytics, advertising, embedded content, security, and payment or booking operations. These providers may process information when their services are used, and their handling of information is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Retention and Security

We retain information for as long as it is needed for the purposes described here, to operate and document services, to honor business or legal obligations, or until it is removed under an applicable retention schedule. Gallery media has a separate automatic retention process described above.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards for the systems we operate. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may contact us at info@piamcast.com to ask about information associated with your request, correct contact details, or stop receiving non-essential email communications. Service, transaction, gallery, and legally necessary records may still need to be retained.
