Piamcast has provided photo booth service at the Waterway Marriott, The Woodlands Resort, and Ashton Gardens. Our open air booth also works in ballrooms and fully enclosed indoor event spaces around Sterling Ridge, Creekside Park, and Hughes Landing without the bulk of an enclosed booth.
Weddings have natural lulls — cocktail hour, the gap between dinner and dancing, the slow build before the send-off. That is exactly when a photo booth earns its keep. Guests step in between courses, the Celebrity B&W Smooth Glam filter turns candid moments into framed keepsakes, and every photo lands on their phone by text before they sit back down.
We arrive 45 to 60 minutes early and complete setup before the booked service starts unless client or venue access delays prevent it. Piamcast carries general liability insurance and can provide a certificate of insurance when requested by the venue after booking. Any travel fee is calculated using the published distance policy and shown in the proposal.
Package fit
Standard and Premium represent most Piamcast bookings. Standard provides 3 hours for the central reception window, while Premium provides 5 hours for a longer evening timeline. Onsite prints are available as an add on.
